Description
Before Oris became the watch brand of "High Mech", they produced high quality pin
lever movements for many decades. Some of them were even certified as chronometers.
The caliber 712 is not a chronometer, but it is a very well made pin lever movement,
which reminds with its thin nickel balance with three(!) legs, its KIF shock
protection system and the seventeen jewels (with some of them used as cap
jewels) of a good swiss anchor movement.
